daily cleaning helpful staff great location

My room was cleaned daily, i found that to be quite valuable. the staff seemed great and ready to help. the location was fantastic. It was close to shops and transport. the bar downstairs had good food. I enjoyed the breakfasts in particular.

The noise from a nearby nightclub was a significant issue for me. It kept me awake most of the night.

the central location was acceptable.

The room was quite noisy at night, i believe due to street activity. also, the breakfast selection was limited. A buffet would improve it.

tasty options super clean room attentive staff

The breakfast offered GREAT value with hot, tasty options each morning. The room was super clean upon arrival. A CLEAN and cute space after a long day. Staff interactions felt personal and attentive. They REALLY ensured any questions were promptly addressed.

The single pillows were somewhat thin. I wished I had requested extras at check-in.

friendly staff early check full english breakfast noise problem difficult remote worst room

the staff were very friendly. they let me check in early because my room was ready. the hotel location is great. it is a short walk from the train station. a full english breakfast was available. the tea and coffee selection was excellent. there were cereals and orange juice too.

my room was directly above a dance club. the music started around 10 pm and finished around 3 am. double glazing did not block the noise. the tv remote control was difficult to use.
